HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!
I am thrilled it is my bday month.
did you know i was born 3 weeks early
so my birthday month should be may. so glad
it's not though! that way I don't have to wait!
for a long time i've gone back and forth
about what i want this year...
something functional yet useful but not
to expensive. it got narrowed down to
a camera bag/purse or running shoes
we all know which one won in the end.....
SHOES!

in Laguna Hills
the best part about that place is
they have this testing process called
Shoe Dog (i think) and you do the
whole running on the treadmill,
foot measurements, foot scans.. etc...
and create this custom insole for your
foot/shoe. it makes HUGE difference
for runners and especially for me because
i have extremely high arched feet.
(high arch = pain)
